What’s New in GIMP 2.99.16 Development Release Version

In this video I cover the latest features introduced in GIMP 2.99.16 – the latest development release version of GIMP at the time of this video. GIMP is making some huge advancements towards GIMP 3.0, including the finishing of the GTK 3+ port, which means the old GTK 2 UI will finally be phased out. There have also been updates or new features added to things like the Alignment Tool, Search Actions feature, and the Fill/Stroke dialogue.

GIMP is a free photo editor most similar to Photoshop.
