Torn Paper Dual Portrait Effect with GIMP | Photo Manipulation

In this GIMP photo manipulation tutorial, I show you how to create a torn paper effect with multiple portraits. This effect is easy to do and uses all free assets and photos, plus all built-in tools for GIMP.
