How to Outline a Photo Easily in GIMP

Want to outline subjects in your photos? In this tutorial, I show you how to paint a stoke around a person in your photo using a variety of sophisticated tools inside this free photo editor. This is a great technique for those of you creating YouTube thumbnails, or simply wanting to create cool compositions with your portraits.

This is a great tutorial for beginner graphic designers or anyone wanting to learn GIMP. I use GIMP 2.10.18 for this tutorial, which was released in 2020.
