How to Create a Halftone Effect in GIMP

In this tutorial featuring the free photo editor and graphic design software GIMP, I show you how to easily create the popular Halftone effect using built-in tools. I also show you some quick tricks for recoloring your halftone dots and background.

GIMP’s built-in Halftone filters are quicker and better than Photoshop’s, in my opinion! This beginner-friendly tutorial is a combination of photo manipulation and graphic design. Enjoy!
