In this GIMP 2.10.2 Photo Editing Tutorial, I’ll show you how to create portrait brush effects that provide a creative border around your photo! This unique effect makes it appear as if your photo was painted on a canvas, and adds color to your compositions. I also show you how to add text underneath the image.
