Fix Dark and Grainy Night Photos with GIMP 2.10.2 + Darktable
In this GIMP 2.10.2 and Darktable tutorial, I show you how to fix dark and grainy night photos! These techniques utilize great free photo editing and manipulation software to brighten up your dark images while losing minimum quality and creating minimal grain. I also show you how to get rid of camera artifacts (such as dead pixels) using the GEGL Noise Reduction filter and the Symmetric Nearest Neighbor filter.
This is a perfect photo editing tutorial for beginner photographers and photo retouchers, or for professionals looking to up their game.
Happy 4th of July!
