How to Create a Double Exposure Effect in GIMP

In this tutorial, I teach you a photo editing technique called a “Double Exposure.” This effect creates the illusion that you are exposing one image over another like one would do in a traditional film camera. I show you how to create this effect using layer masks and a variety of other useful tools with GIMP. GIMP is essentially the free version of Photoshop.
