Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase of any of our digital products (including subscriptions, courses, or digital downloads), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For monthly and annual subscription payments, this applies to 7 days after your most recent charge. Refunds for consecutive months, or more than 1 month in a calendar year, cannot be applied to your account – you are responsible for cancelling your own membership after receiving a refund (see Account Cancellation section below).
Because all items sold on our website are digital products, these products cannot be “returned,” and thus we do not have a return policy.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to settle. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Users are responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions. Davies Media Design is not responsible for cancelling subscriptions of its users. If, upon receiving a refund for your last month’s payment, you do not cancel your subscription payments and are charged for another month, Davies Media Design cannot offer you another refund. This is to avoid abuse of our refund policy wherein users may refund their payment each month while continuing to receive the benefits of an active DMD Premium subscription.
You can cancel your account at any time by logging in to the Account Login section of our site (from the main navigation of our site, go to Members & Students>Account Login), clicking the “Subscriptions” tab, and clicking “Cancel” in the far-right column of the table. This will ensure you are not charged again in the future.
Depending on the circumstances as assessed by Davies Media Design and its owner, Davies Media Design may pause or cancel your subscription upon receipt of request to refund an account payment. Davies Media Design may also pause or cancel a subscription of any member on its site if deemed necessary due to abuse of your account or suspected fraudulent or otherwise unethical behavior associated with your account.
