How to Create a Neon Glow Effect in GIMP (Photo Manipulation)

In this GIMP tutorial I show you how to create neon glow objects with realistic light glowing on the subject(s) in your image. I show you how to draw the object in perspective, add a glow, and edit your photo to create a realistic environment. I used pink neon for my composition but you can use any color you want!
